Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do I add a signature in Gmail? +

In Gmail, open Settings → See all settings → Signature → Create new. Paste the signature you copied from Sigavo, set it as the default for new mail and replies, then click Save Changes.

Why does my Gmail signature break the formatting? +

Gmail strips a lot of CSS. Sigavo outputs table-based HTML with inline styles, which is the recommended approach. If you still see issues, paste using the "Copy signature" button (rendered) instead of the raw HTML.

Can I use a different signature for replies? +

Yes. Gmail lets you pick separate signatures for "New emails" and "Replies/forwards". You can build two different signatures with Sigavo and assign each one in Gmail settings.

My logo or photo doesn't show in Gmail. Why? +

Make sure the image URL is publicly accessible over HTTPS. Some hosts (like Google Drive) block hot-linking. Use your own site, an image CDN, or Sigavo Pro hosted images.

Does Sigavo work with Google Workspace business email? +

Yes. The signature editor in Google Workspace is the same as personal Gmail. The signature you build with Sigavo works identically in both.
