Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is the email signature generator really free? +

Yes. You can build, preview, copy and download as many signatures as you want without paying or signing up. Pro features (saving signatures, removing branding, hosted images, analytics) are optional and only needed if you create an account later.

Do I need to create an account? +

No. The free generator works entirely in your browser. Accounts are only needed if you want to save and edit signatures across devices.

Will my signature look right in Gmail and Outlook? +

Yes. We generate table-based HTML with inline styles, which is the most reliable way to make signatures render consistently across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and other major email clients.

Can I add a logo and a profile photo? +

Yes. Paste any public image URL into the logo or photo fields. For best results, use square images and host them somewhere stable (your own site, an asset CDN, or Sigavo Pro hosted images).

Can I add tracking on my links? +

Click analytics for signature links is part of Sigavo Pro. The free generator outputs plain links with no tracking attached.

Why is my image showing as an attachment in Outlook? +

Outlook sometimes inlines images as attachments when they're embedded as data URIs. Use a public HTTPS URL for your logo and photo to avoid this.
