How to install your signature
Gmail ›
- Click "Copy signature" above.
- Open Gmail → Settings (gear icon) → See all settings.
- Scroll to "Signature" and click "Create new".
- Paste your signature into the editor.
- Set defaults for new emails and replies, then save changes at the bottom.
Outlook ›
- Click "Copy signature" above.
- Open Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
- Click "New", give it a name, then paste into the editor.
- Choose it as default for new messages and replies.
- Click OK to save.
Apple Mail ›
- Click "Copy signature" above.
- Open Mail → Settings → Signatures.
- Pick the account, click "+" to add a signature.
- Uncheck "Always match my default message font" and paste.
- Drag the signature onto the right account if needed.
